Request deletion of your Sualy account
In the mobile app, open Account > Account security > Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, the form below also starts a deletion request.
What does the request cover?
- Your Sualy account and profile information
- Sources, questions, and study history associated with your account
- Associated personal data that is not subject to a legal, security, or financial retention requirement
Timing and verification
We may verify the request through the email address associated with your account. Verified requests are completed within 7 days. Limited records may be retained where legally required.
Active subscription
If you have an active web subscription, cancel it in the billing portal before requesting deletion to stop future charges.
